A freelance writer (and almost chemical engineer) who currently resides in Chicago; spends too much time and money at Magnificent Mile; loves thrift shopping; loves eating.
At 15, I started my first blog to share my style and writings. After two years of running Dee, I realized that the content and quality of work I was sharing no longer interested me and so I took a break. Now, after a four year break, Ade A Day is another go (with very apparent growth) at sharing my writings, projects and style.
My writings are frequently about race, womanhood, being Nigerian, and wellness. However, from time to time I write about other things that do not fall into any of these categories. My style is eclectic and my projects are simply the works of a woman with time and overactive thoughts.
